Hudson Dunlap Book Signing

Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Central Beekeepers Supply LLC, 109 Warehouse Row, Russellville
Hosted by Central Beekeepers Supply LLC

We are so excited to host a book signing for 8 year old, Hudson Dunlap, beekeeper and author of "The Bee: A Kid's Guide to Getting Started in Beekeeping." Hudson Dunlap is an 8 year old from Beebe, Arkansas. He is a new beekeeper and aspiring homesteader who wants to get more kids interested in beekeeping. He lives on a farm with his dad, mom, sister, dogs, cats, pigs, goats, cows, horses, chickens, ducks and turkey. In his free time he enjoys hunting, riding horses, and playing baseball. He first became interested in bees after attending a demonstration at the White County Fair. After much persistence, spending time researching bees, and earning money for his first hive, his parents agreed to let him have his own bee hives. While learning about bees he realized there weren’t any books about beekeeping for kids, so he decided to write his own. His hope is that the book will spark kids interest in bees and teach them that kids can be Beekeepers, too!
